The inclusions of your flight vary depending on the fare you select. Each fare has unique inclusions which we detail to you.
What Inclusions We Show You
When selecting a flight we make the following clear:
If the flight is refundable: If a flight is refundable it will be for a fee. If you select a non-refundable fare we will also warn you that the fare you selected is non-refundable at checkout.
If the flight is flexible: If a flight is flexible, we can change it for a fee plus fare differences.
If luggage is included: If a flight has included checked-in luggage we will highlight this.
Cabin class: which may be economy, premium economy, business, or first class. All of these can be searched and booked through our website.
How Do We Make Inclusions Clear
We make inclusions clear in two main places:
In search: when you select a flight we have a special section detailing all the inclusions! (See image below for an example)
Booking Confirmation Email: We will also detail your flight's inclusions in the confirmation email you receive from us upon booking your flight. If you notice you made a mistake, please inform us within the same day of making the booking.
Here is an example of how we make the inclusions clear in the search.
When you select a flight we provide the top-line inclusions of flight flexibility, if the flight is refundable, and luggage inclusions. (See the first image).
If you press the down arrow you can see more details on these top-line inclusions along with cabin and branded fare (See second image).

Once your payment plan is complete, you can select seats, purchase extra baggage, and add meals directly with the airline.
