The inclusions of your flight vary depending on the fare you select. Each fare has different inclusions, and we make them clear before you book.
What we show you
When you select a flight, we make the following clear:
Whether the flight is refundable — and if it isn't, we warn you again at checkout.
Whether the flight is flexible — flexible fares can be changed for a fee plus any fare difference.
Whether checked luggage is included — and how much.
Cabin class — economy, premium economy, business or first, all searchable and bookable on our website.
Whether seat selection is allowed on your fare for a fee
Where we show it
In search — when you select a flight there's a dedicated section listing the inclusions. Press the down arrow for more detail, including cabin and branded fare. On a multi-leg flight, inclusions are shown per leg.
In your booking confirmation email — sent as soon as you book, detailing your flight's inclusions.
If you spot a mistake in your booking, tell us as soon as possible — ideally the same day. See What if I made a mistake with my booking?
Not sure what your booking includes?
Send us your booking reference and we'll tell you. We can see exactly what's on your ticket — checked allowance, carry-on, seats, meals and cabin — so you don't need to piece it together from your confirmation email or the airline's website.
Adding extras to your booking
Seats, extra checked baggage, meals, and special assistance can be added at any time — before or after your payment plan is complete.
If your payment plan is not yet complete, message us with your booking reference and what you need, and we'll action it with the airline. Because we hold your booking as the travel agent, these requests come through us rather than the airline's website.
Airline charges for extras are passed on at cost. They must be paid upfront and can't be added to your payment plan.
Special assistance
Wheelchair or mobility assistance, medical requirements, bassinets, special meals, unaccompanied minors and service animals are not the same as optional extras — they're special service requests that have to be filed against your booking.
Tell us as early as you can, and don't wait until your payment plan is finished. We add these for you; the airline won't action them from a request you make directly.
