Seat Allocation for Passengers
When you book with PayLater Travel, passengers listed on the same booking are typically recognized by airlines as traveling together. As a result, airlines generally aim to allocate adjacent seats for such groups. For bookings involving children, airlines prioritize seating them with at least one adult from their group to ensure safety and comfort.
Choosing Your Preferred Seats
1. After Completing Your Payment Plan
Once your payment plan is fully paid and you've received your e-ticket, you may be able to select your seats directly through the airline’s website—if the airline offers online seat selection. To do this, log in to the airline’s portal using the booking details provided in your e-ticket.
If seat selection is not available online, your seats will typically be assigned during online check-in (usually 24–48 hours before departure) or at the airport.
2. Before Completing Your Payment Plan
To select seats in advance of completing your payment plan, please contact customer support.
Important: Any additional services must be paid upfront and cannot be added to your existing payment schedule.
3. Seat Selection Availability
Seat selection isn’t guaranteed for all bookings. Availability depends on the airline and ticket type.
4. Additional Fees
Some airlines may charge extra for selecting seats in advance or for specific seat types, such as those with extra legroom or preferred seat locations.
Note: PayLater Travel does not charge any additional fees for seat selection—only the costs set by the airline are passed on to you.
