How To Check Your Flight Details?

Written by Jett

There are two ways to check your flight details:

1. Your flight summary email

After you book, a flight summary email is sent to the address you used for the booking. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Your account

Log in using the email address and password associated with your booking. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

  • Once logged in, navigate to Upcoming Trips to view your flight details.

  • Click on the PLT number you’re inquiring about, and the details will be displayed.

  • You can also print the Flight Summary Email by clicking Summary Email.

Two things your account won't show

Multi-city bookings. Because of a display limitation, some multi-city itineraries don't show all segments in your account. Your flight summary email has the full detail — and if the two don't match, ask us and we'll confirm what's actually on your ticket.

Changes made after you booked. Your account and your original summary email show the booking as it was made. If the airline has since changed your flight, or you've had a correction applied, those may not be reflected — ask us for the current position.

Checking with the airline

Your PLT booking reference and the airline's own reservation code are different. The airline won't recognise your PLT number — you need the airline reservation code, which appears on your e-ticket once it's been issued.
