You can access your account using the link specific to the country where you booked:

Your account allows you to manage various aspects of your booking and payments. Here’s what you can do:

πŸ”Ž View Flight Details

See the details of your booked flight(s).


​Note: If your booking is multi-city, the displayed information may not be entirely accurate due to current system limitations.

πŸ“§ Access Summary Email

Retrieve your original booking summary email, which includes flight, passenger, and payment information.

πŸ•’ Request a Payment Extension

Submit a request to extend your upcoming payment due date.

πŸ’³ Pay Early

Make early payments to pay off your balance ahead of schedule.

πŸ“† Catch Up on Payments

When you miss a payment, it may show as "retrying" or "failed." To bring your account up to date, make a manual payment by clicking Pay Now within the retrying or failed payment schedule.

πŸ’° Check Your Balance

View your remaining outstanding balance.

βž• Add a Card

Add a new payment card to use for upcoming or future payments.

🎫 Download E-ticket

Access and download your e-ticket 24–48 hours after your booking is fully paid.

❌ Cancel Your Flight

Use the "Cancel Booking" option to request cancellation of your flight reservation.

Please note: Clicking Cancel Booking does not automatically cancel your flight.
If you have a refundable ticket, this action will notify our team, who will send you cancellation quote options within 24-48 hours. To confirm the cancellation, please reply to that email with the option that suits you.
