Changing Passenger Details
There may be instances where you need to change the passenger details on your booking. While we understand that errors can happen, it's important to note that the ability to make these changes are determined by the airline's individual policies which, unfortunately, we are unable to change or influence. Any changes will also be subject to change fees.
If your flight is within 24-48 hours please go direct to your airline for assistance.
How to Request a change
If you need to change passenger details, please inform us as soon as possible. Here's how you can reach us:
Contact Us: Use the messaging feature at the bottom right of our site.
Select the Correct Option: Choose 'Something Else' followed by 'Name Change/Correction' in the messaging options.
Provide Details: Let us know exactly what needs to be corrected. We will then work to assist you with your request and guide you through the process.
Documentation: Please be aware that the airline always requires a copy of your passport or a valid government-issued photo ID for any name correction requests. Please provide this to us upfront in PDF format, with the image and text clearly legible.
The fees:
Please be advised that amending passenger details may constitute a "change" by the airline, and therefore may be subject to change fees. We will calculate the cost and discuss it with you prior to making any changes. This is what you can expect to see:
PLT change fee: $75 per passenger
Airline fee: varies by airline and by ticket type
These fees apply to all passengers who are booked to occupy their own seat; infants who sit on their parent or guardian’s laps for the duration of the flight may be exempt from these fees (but may still be subject to airline taxes). We will be able to advise the airline's charge to change the details once we have spoken with them. At that point we will reach out and let you know the total cost to change the passenger details and will arrange next steps if you wish to proceed.
