As a valued customer of Pay Later Travel, our customer portal is your one-stop destination for all your booking and payment needs. Once you've made your first booking, you’ll gain access to a personalized dashboard where you can manage every aspect of your travel plans with ease.

Payment Management
In the portal, you’ll find a range of tools to help you stay on top of your travel arrangements:
Manage Payment Plans: Keep track of your payment schedules, view remaining balances, and make adjustments as needed. Further, you can:
Make Early Payments: Choose to pay off your balance quicker than scheduled, with the option to make early payments.
Catch Up on Missed Payments: Quickly address any missed payments to ensure your travel plans remain secure.
Additional Dashboard Features
The customer portal is designed to give you complete control over your travel plans:
Add travel insurance: you can easily add travel insurance to your trip using our affiliates
Book a car: if you need to hire a car you can do so through our portal
Request Support: Need to make changes or cancelations? Our portal allows you to request support efficiently, ensuring prompt assistance.
A Note on Booking Management
Please note currently you cannot manage your booking directly through your dashboard.
For details on your flights please refer to your confirmation email. This confirmation email will detail your flight path and inclusions.
If there has been an airline-initiated change to your flight, you will be informed of this via email, for more details, please see here
If you wish to request a flight change, you will need to reach out to us directly.
Bookings made after January 17 2024 can be cancelled directly on the customer portal. See here on how.
