How Your Payment Plan Is Created

Your payment plan is automatically generated at the time of booking, based on the total ticket cost, your selected deposit amount, and your travel date. As all bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks before your departure, our system calculates a payment schedule by working backward from your departure date.

  • First Payment: Taken one week after your booking to secure your flights with the airline.

  • Future Payments: Processed weekly, biweekly, or fortnightly—based on your selected payment frequency

  • Final Payment: Must be completed no later than two weeks prior to departure.

Important Note on Ticket Changes

Payment plans are tied to your original booking.

Any additional costs from changes must be paid upfront and cannot be added to your existing plan.

Why You Must Complete Payment Before Departure

As a lay-by service, we follow a "pay first, receive later" model. This means:

  • Flights are secured after your deposit is made.

  • E-tickets are issued 24–48 hours after your final payment is received.

  • No debt, no stress: you fly with peace of mind, knowing everything is fully paid.

Why Lay-by? Encouraging Responsible Spending

We believe travel should be rewarding—not stressful.
Our lay-by model promotes financial well-being by helping you avoid travel debt and unexpected costs post-holiday. You’ll start your trip knowing everything is taken care of.

Payment Support and Adjustments

We understand that life happens. If you experience financial hardship or miss a payment:

  • Contact us through our support page for assistance.

  • We may be able to adjust or restructure your plan.

  • Missed multiple payments without contact? Your booking may be cancelled as per our Terms & Conditions.

Please note:

  • Even with approved payment extensions, the system will continue to attempt scheduled auto-payments until a manual payment is received.

  • We’re unable to combine future installments into a single payment upon request, as this is an installment-based plan. Each scheduled payment must be completed and marked as paid according to the set schedule.

  • Final payments must be made by the due date to avoid forfeiting your ticket value.
