We understand that mistakes happen; however, any changes are subject to the individual airline’s policies, which we cannot modify or influence. PayLater Travel does not charge any additional service fees for these changes—only any applicable fees set by the airline will apply.
Important: Most airlines do not allow name changes or ticket transfers once a booking is confirmed, except for minor corrections of up to three letters, which may be permitted for a fee if applicable and provided the flights do not involve other airlines.
Name Corrections on Flight Bookings
Name corrections are generally possible but require specific documentation, fees, and must be requested within certain timelines. PayLater Travel will handle your request in coordination with the airline. Please note that all name correction requests are subject to final approval by the airline.
If your flight is within the next 24–48 hours, please contact the airline directly for immediate assistance.
How to Request a Change

To submit a request:
Contact Us: Use the messaging feature at the bottom right of our website.
Select the Correct Option: Choose ‘Passenger Details’ from the messaging options.
Provide Details: Clearly specify what needs to be corrected. We will guide you through the next steps.
Submit Documentation: The airline requires a copy of your passport or a valid government-issued photo ID for any name correction requests. Please send these documents upfront in PDF format with clear, legible images and text.

Changing passenger details is considered a “change” by airlines and may incur fees. We will provide you with a full breakdown of costs before proceeding. Fees vary depending on the airline and ticket type.

For Bookings Made on the Same Day
If you notice an error shortly after booking, consider canceling and rebooking with the correct details. Penalties may not apply for bookings made on the same day, and deposits can be refunded.
