If you are experiencing financial hardship of any sorts and believe you will not be able to pay an upcoming payment when it is due, let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to see if we can arrange a more flexible payment date. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your plan, we understand that life can throw unexpected things your way and we will do what we can to help out.
Please note, if you fail to make your payments as scheduled, and fail to let us know, we may cancel your booking and you will not be able to travel. This will be subject to the same rules and fees as a cancellation.
How to Request a Payment Extension
Open the messaging app in the bottom right
Indicate you have a payment enquiry from the available options, then indicate you are requesting a payment extension
Provide the booking ID of your flight which you wish a payment extension for. We will then ask you for more information, please provide the current date the payment is due and which payment number you are seeking to extend, e.g repayment 4. Then provide us with the date you want your payment extension to be for.
We will then work our finance team to see if we can accommodate your request. If we accept your request we will let you know. It is expected you make the repayment on the new repayment date. Failure to do so places your booking under risk of being cancelled, more details on missed payments can be found here.
Note:
You can only request one payment extension at a time. E.g. you can not request your next four repayments to all be extended. Rather you will need to request the one closest to its due date.
If we provide you with a payment extension you will need to catch up. You will always need to pay off your flight before you leave.
