To submit your request:
Log in to your account
Go to Manage Your Booking
Find the Upcoming Payment section
Click Request Payment Extension
You'll receive an instant notification letting you know whether your request has been approved or requires manual review.
⚠️ Important: A payment extension applies to all installments — including any missed, due, or upcoming payments. You don’t need to submit separate requests for each.
What happens if I miss a payment without notifying you?
If you miss a scheduled payment and don’t notify us in advance, your booking may be cancelled. In that case, standard cancellation rules and fees will apply, and you will not be able to travel.
Are there any late fees for missed payments?
No. PayLater Travel does not charge late fees at this time, so you can focus on resolving your financial situation without added costs.
Will my booking be cancelled if I miss a payment?
Not if you’ve arranged a payment extension and make the payment on the new agreed-upon date. Your booking remains secure as long as the rescheduled payment is completed. Be sure to log in to your customer portal and manually complete the payment on the agreed date.
