When do I receive my e-tickets?

Within 48 hours of making your final payment

Once your final payment is successfully processed, we’ll send you your e-tickets within 48 hours. Here's what you need to know:

  • 48-Hour Processing: After you’ve made your final payment, please allow for a processing period. We issue e-tickets within 48 hours of the final payment being successfully processed.

  • Scheduled System Email: Our system is configured to dispatch e-ticket emails once daily at a set time. If you’ve just completed your final payment, your e-tickets will be included in the next scheduled batch.

  • Checking Your Inbox: We recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox, as well as your junk or spam folder, just in case the e-ticket email is filtered there by mistake. If you haven’t received your e-tickets after the 48-hour window, please check these folders before reaching out to us.

  • Early Access to E-Tickets: If you’d like to receive your e-tickets sooner, you have the option to pay the full balance on your booking at any time. We don’t charge any fees for early repayments, so you can clear the balance and access your e-tickets right away if you prefer.

  • Using Your E-Tickets: Upon receipt of your e-tickets, you’ll find all necessary travel reference numbers included. To confirm all details of your booking—such as seat assignments, meal preferences, or emergency contact information—simply log in to the respective airline’s portal using the reference numbers provided.
