Spirit Airlines has announced it is ceasing all operations. Every flight on Spirit's schedule has been cancelled, including yours.

We know this is incredibly stressful, especially if you have a trip coming up. We are working through every affected booking and will be in touch with you directly.
What we're doing
We are working through every affected Spirit booking in priority order — bookings with the closest departure dates first. We will be in touch with you directly about your specific booking when we have an update.
Spirit Airlines' own customer service is no longer operating, so we're unable to give you a guaranteed timeline at this stage. We appreciate your patience while we work through this.
What you need to do
The best thing to do is to check your email and wait for us to come back to you. We have your booking details and we are working through every customer in turn.
You don't need to call, email, or follow up — we will come to you.
If you're on a Pay Later Travel payment plan
If you're mid-repayment for your Spirit booking, we have suspended all future payments on your plan. No further instalments will be taken.
If you still need to travel on these dates
If you still need to travel on or near your original dates, you'll need to book with an alternative carrier directly.
Several US carriers — including United, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, American, Allegiant and Frontier — are offering capped or discounted fares specifically for stranded Spirit passengers. Keep your original Spirit e-ticket — it has value as proof of payment when you contact these airlines, and is usually required to access the discounted fare.
A few things worth knowing:
Spirit was an ultra-low-cost carrier. Standard fares with full-service airlines will typically cost more — often considerably so — than your original Spirit ticket. The capped fares above are the cheapest way to rebook.
Availability for capped fares is limited and changes daily. Book as early as possible.
Routes may not match exactly. You may need to consider nearby airports or different timings.
My situation is urgent

Can I use what I have paid towards a ticket with another airline?

However, several US carriers — including United, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, American, Allegiant and Frontier — are offering special fares for impacted Spirit customers. Keep your Spirit e-ticket as proof of payment, as you'll usually need it to access these fares.
