Log In with Your Email: It’s important to log in using the same email address associated with your PLT Credit. This ensures that our system recognizes you and applies your credit correctly.

Redeem Your Credit: During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to apply your PLT Credit to your current booking. If you have enough credit, you can use it to cover the entire cost or you can use it to partially pay for your booking and pay the remainder with another payment method.

Confirmation: After your PLT Credit is applied, you'll see the updated total reflecting the credit used. Please note that the PLT Credit can only be redeemed on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
