Once your claim is verified, you’ll receive a travel credit equal to the difference in fare (up to $150 AUD / $100 USD / $150 CAD / £75 GBP travel credit per ticket, max 4 tickets) based on your booking currency. We’ll issue your travel credit within 5–7 business days and confirm via email once it has been applied.
This travel credit will be valid for 12 months from the issue date (emailed received date) and can then be used towards your next booking with Paylater Travel.
