How do I make changes or cancel an Exclusive deal?

Exclusive Deals are a special kind of offer at PayLater Travel, and they work a little differently from standard bookings. These deals come with fixed group rates and are managed by a dedicated team to give you exclusive support.

Because of these differences, requests for changes or cancellations cannot be handled via chat or standard support. If you need to make a change to your Exclusive Deal booking, please email our team directly at:
exclusivedeals@paylatertravel.com.au

Make sure to include:

  • Your full name

  • Your booking reference

  • A clear description of what you need changed

What You Can Change

The type of change you can make for our Exclusive Deals depends on when you contact us:

Before the cancellation deadline:

  • Update passenger names

  • Correct spelling errors

  • Cancel your booking and only loose your deposit

After the cancellation deadline:

  • You can still update passenger names or fix spelling errors for a $99 fee

  • Cancellations and refunds are no longer available beyond this point


What Cannot Be Changed

The following changes are not permitted at any time with Exclusive Deals:

  • Flight route, date, or time changes

  • Seat or baggage allocations

These elements are locked in as part of a fixed group booking and cannot be modified.


Cancellation Deadlines for Current Deals

Please refer to the specific cancellation deadlines below for your destination:

  • Melbourne (MEL) to Bali (DPS): 5 November 2025

  • Sydney (SYD) to Bali (DPS): 8 November 2025

  • Brisbane (BNE) to Samoa (APW): 24 October 2025

Requests received after these dates will be subject to the post-deadline change rules and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
